Construction Management
Ahmed’s objective has always been to play a pivotal role in delivering the client’s vision by
diligent oversight of project requirements, scheduling, budget management, and the
implementation of the highest safety measures. We identify the potential construction
challenges and develop corresponding mitigation strategies with close communication with
clients and project consultants, his approach takes into consideration multi-discipline
coordination, constructability, and management of trades, logistics, schedule, and quality from
conception to completion

Project Management
Ahmed will oversee the work progress, manage the consultants and builders, monitor and
maintain the project schedule, and report on progress to the stakeholders throughout all stages
of the project lifecycle including feasibility studies, front-end engineering, and design, right
through to full project implementation, commissioning, and operations.
Ahmed posse’s effective communication skills in managing owners, architects, consultants,
and contractors from project concept, contract, and project closeout.

Green Community is a quality residential


development that aims to provide a way of life
within a working and living secure community
which encompasses. Our scope consists of the
design and build a 28 terraced apartments and 27
low-rise residential buildings, designed by Bernard
Spoerry-France.

Construction cost: $ 73M. The project consists of 159 residential suites,


An administration building, multi-purpose hall, sports complex, library, central facility building,
canteen, industrial kitchen, fire station, mosque, police station, substations, infrastructure, hard and
soft landscape, football field, roads, and sidewalks. The project’s built-up area is 16,000 sqm.

❖ ALDAREEN- Residential Condominium- Qatar, completed in 2010
Construction cost: $ 47M
The 36-story, the 159-meter-high tower has two
basements and a ground floor and includes 67 two-
bedroom and 119 three-bedroom apartments, as
well as duplexes.
The tower includes a swimming pool, gym, and a
children’s play area.
The building utilizes district cooling and is serviced
by six high-speed lifts and a 260-space car park.
The total built-up area is 63,000 square meters.

32-story Furnished hotel apartment. The building


height of 152 meters and will house a 238-room
hotel and 84 serviced apartments.

The scope of work includes the construction of


the 34-level tower, two basement parking floors,
a ground floor, and an atrium. Ballroom facilities
will also be constructed as part of the hotel.

❖ ALFAISAL Office Tower- Qatar: completed 2009, construction cost $ 64M

The 227-meter high, 52-story Faisal Tower consists of two


basements, a ground floor, and 52 floors of premium office
suites serviced by 10 lifts. The tower is finished in insulated
aluminum cladding panels and curtain walling, with curved
segmented glazing and a pre-cast concrete roof with a
helipad. The tower has a built-up area of more than 65,000
square meters and utilizes district cooling.

❖ University of St. Michael’s Office of the Registrar, Toronto, Canada, completed 2017 $ 2.9M
This project was the second phase
of an interior retrofit of an existing
space in downtown Toronto. This
phase ran concurrently with our
first phase which included
demolition, underpinning, and new
offices. The second phase created
offices, meeting rooms, a small
cafe, and open common areas.

❖ AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF IRAQ-BAGHDAD (AUIB)

Phase-1- located near Baghdad Airport, completed in 2020, construction cost $ 60M.
The project is a rehabilitation of existing presidential places to suit the AUIB requirements as well as
building new residential buildings for AUIB staff. The total project area is approx. 80,000 sqm

renovated Oakville Place Mall. Designed by GH+A to reflect Pusateri’s vision to be always the best-

levels, first floor is for food services and
showcased specialties and shopping
displays, while the second floor is for storage
and minor food backdoor services. The store
