We have found it is often the case that people aren’t aware and well-practiced at spotting their own strengths and when they are most energized and engaged with what they are
doing. To have a positive and fulfilling career, it is crucial to understand the type of activities and relationships (both at work and outside) that boost your energy so you can make
deliberate choices to do more of these activities and less energy-draining activities.

The following exercise requires you to reflect on three main areas of your life to date:
