一、Application Range
GNG high-pressure 、 fire-resistance and heat-insulation hose is the
national patent product ，and gained the quality system certificate issued
by China Shipping senior Agency 。 The product was mainly used in
hybraulic drive equipment under the condition of high-
pressure 、 inflame 、 high-temperature and in conveying medium or
transferring power 。 The product has been widespread used in
petroleum、chemical industry、ocean metallurgical etc。For example ：A
The hydraulic control pipe of the drilling BOPs using for opening up oil
field。B：The hydraulic control pipe used in metallurgical industry 、steel-
smelting 、blast fumace，open-hearth furnace neat open-flame，and the
working high temperature。

三、Product Character
The product has such chatacter as high pressure （ destructive
pressure：70MPa）、fire-resistance，（light fire：750℃，it can bumed
for fifteen minutes ） 、 heat-insulation 、 oil-resistance acid and alkali-
tesistance and so on 。 The product used in the petroleum drilling well
control system is super than general hard 。 The product is
safe、reliable、conosion-resistance、no maintenance and save time and
strength，and has long life
1、fire-resistance property：guarantee working pressure under 750℃
after buming for fiftee minutes。
2、oil-resistance property：no change after soaking in solution of 4%
HCI and 4%NaOH。
3 、 acid and alkali-resistance property ： no change immersing in
hydraulic pressure oil from 40℃ to 100℃ for 24hours。
4、pressure-resistance property：no leaking and transfiguring on the
surface of pipe under 52.5MPa after stabilizing pressure for 3
minutes。and destructive pressure is more than 70MPa。
5 、 hera-insulation property ： the ratio of inner pressure and outer
pressure in one to forty if pipe is placed in the circumstance form 300℃ to
500℃ and has soine water in it for twenty minutes。
四、Operating Methlds
1 、 A pipe assembly is ten meters 。 Many pipes can be connected
according to user need and practical situation in working place。Universal
self-seal high pressure explosion-resistance joint is adopted to connect
pipe between BOP and hydraulic pressure controlling stage and is fixed in
BOP with safety lifting ring after being installed。
 2、It needed to wash、sweep up pipes and joints before being used to
make sure that there is no any impurity to avoid polluting hydraulic
pressure oil。
3、Pressure test is carried out according to ruled standatd after being
connected beteen hose assembly and BOP ， hydraulic pressure
stage ， and connection positions are checked seeing if there is
leaking，Joint should be twisted tight or teplaced by a new one if leaking
happens。
4 、 Inspecting the self-seal performance of the joint ， oil could not
leak out from the tube，when the prig was moved or disassembled 。On
the othet hand，protecting the joint screws，and can not damage sctews
，and the tubes were packing without foreign matters。
五、Cautions
1 、 The joint screws must be twisting tightly and be suitable to be
installed quickly。
2、The hose must be nature，without twisting。
3 、 Avoiding heavy vehicles ， heavy matters pressure joints and
tubes，crossing a street，thete should be steel sleeves。
