Mr. Charlie A. V. Gorayeb is a multi-termer national chairman and

president granted the distinguished Hall of Fame Award by the
Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) - the
largest real estate and housing association composed of developers,
contractors, builders, financiers, real estate service practitioners and
other allied professionals with almost 30 chapters all over the
Philippines.

He was conferred lifetime recognition by the ASEAN Association for

Planning and Housing (AAPH) in 1988, of which he serves as Vice-
President for the Philippines.

Aside from being the head of at least four major construction and
development firms, Gorayeb also serves as honorary consul-general of
the Republic of Djibouti.

Mr. Gorayeb served as 2016 international director of the Chicago-

based National Association of Realtors (NAR) which chose CREBA as its
exclusive cooperating association in the Philippines since 2011. #
