KID FRIENDLY HEALTHY FOOD!

For the whole family to enjoy

Breakfast!
Healthy Breakfast Muffins
1. Dice up any vegetables of your
choice into small bits (bell
pepper, onion, spinach, mushroom)
2. Whisk 4 eggs and 4 egg whites in
a measuring cup (set aside)
3. Next, saute your veggies! Heat a
nonstick pan over medium heat and
add olive oil. Cook veggies until
the peppers are tender (add
garlic for an extra kick!)
4. Pour your cooked veggies into the
egg mix and stir
5. Next, preheat your oven to 350
degrees and grease a muffin pan
with cooking spray
6. Pour the egg mix into the muffin
tray
7. Bake for about 15 minutes until
the tops are firm

Snack Time!
Chia Seed Pudding
1. Blend 2 cups coconut milk, ½
teaspoon vanilla extract,
and a dash of maple syrup
until smooth.
2. Next, whisk ½ cup of chia
seeds into the mixture
3. Pour mixture into cup or jar
4. Place in refrigerator for at
least four hours until gel
consistency
