Consisting of:
• Stainless steel AISI304 housing and rotor.
• Gear motor 0.75 kW.

21200 2 Combizone Dryer CZD - 2x12 XW, mild steel

Oscillating spreader type S2800, made in stainless steel AISI 304.

Consisting of:
• Gear with servo motor.
• Adjustable spreader.

The dryer is made of mild steel square beam modules delivered in 2-

meter sections to facilitate installation. Stainless steel product plates
along conveyors and at transitions.

All sections are equipped with large panels between air ducts and dryer
belt for configuration. Counter or current air flow.

Each dryer belt is fully separated from the other belts by floors.

Sides, doors and top:

• The doors are a sandwich construction consisting of 1.5 mm stainless
steel plates on the inside, 75 mm insulation and 1.5 mm stainless steel
plates on the outside.
• The top panels are a sandwich construction consisting of 2 mm
stainless steel plates on the inside, 100 mm insulation and 2 mm
galvanized plate on the outside.
• The dryer has hinged doors at the sides and at the ends for easy
access to air ducts and belt ends.

Conveyors with sturdy chain construction:

• Division: 160 mm.
• Chain wheel diameter: Ø400 mm.

Consisting of:
• Each layer have individual 0.55 kW or 0.25 kW direct-geared motors,
that are separately cooled.
• Prepared for frequency converter.
• Conveyor chains supported by exchangeable hardened rails.
• Level detector at the inlet to each belt for metering the layer thickness
Layer max. 340 mm.
• Choking sensor is placed at the outlet from each belt.
• Fines screw to take fines out from each layer, Ø80, incl. 0.37 kW gear
motor.

Air module, consisting of:

ANDRITZ Dryer Control Panel System - for simple operation

The ASCADA Panel System is a de-centralized system built to operate

next to the process. The interface consists of a touch panel installed
directly into a wall fitted PLC panel where relevant signals from the
process and the MCC (NOT included) connect to Rockwell PointIO
terminals. PointIO is also used for communication with variable frequency
drives. Touch client and PLC panel communicates by Ethernet/IP
communication.
