- SPOON RACE -
HOW TO PLAY: Each player will have successfully walk down to
the cone and back with the ping ball on the spoon. If the ball
falls of the spoon the student returns to the end of the line.

STUDENT LEADER: yousif oday /yousuf al mulla 6A will record 1


point for each student that successfully walks to the cone and
back with the ping pong still on the spoon .

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 4 spoons 4 ping pong balls 2 cones

- fitness -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will complete five fitness activities with
their partner. 1) jumping jacks 2) body squats 3) mountain
climbers 4) high knees 5) crunches

STUDENT LEADER: Desire/TAYLA 6b will demonstrate each


fitness activity and then lead the students through multiple set
of each activity. (20 at a time….3 times each)

- Obstacle course -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will go through the course as fast as
they can. They can complete the course as many times as they
can in the seven minute station!

STUDENT LEADER: Niavash mohanned m 6a will demonstrate


how to participate in the activity, then control when students
start - pause in between students to prevent backups!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: hurdles, ladder, 6 disc cones, 8 small


hula hoops, tube, balance beam, rounded mats

- Hula hoop contest -
HOW TO PLAY: Player will spin the hula hoop around their
waist. They will keep it going for as long as they can. Keep
trying!

STUDENT LEADER: AREEN MARIAM 6A will show the students


how to participate in this activity. They will try as many times
as they’d like to and have fun!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 20 hula hoops (all sizes!)

- BALANCE RACE -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will balance a board on top of their
head while they quickly get to the cone and back to their line
as fast as they can. They can complete the course as many
times as they can in the seven minute station!

STUDENT LEADER: nathan laur 6a will demonstrate how to


participate in the activity, divide players into three lines.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:, 6 disc cones, 3 swim foam boards


KG Station #7 - upper FIELD
- 50-yard dash -
HOW TO PLAY: Four players will run at one time. They will wait to
hear “GO!” and will run as fast as they can to the finish line. They
will return to the end of the line to try it again.

STUDENT LEADER: awadah talal 6a will demonstrate how to


participate, and will organize students into four lines. They will
yell “READY, SET, GO!” to start each race.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 8 disc cones

- rUN STACK RACE -
HOW TO PLAY: Each Players will run down and grab one block
and begin to stack block tower. There will be 3 lines and 3 block
towrs being built.They can complete the course as many times
as they can in the seven minute station!

STUDENT LEADER: adulla alrahoomi/abdullrahman 8C will


demonstrate how to participate in the activity, then record

- HULA HOOP TOSS -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will throw hula hoops at the targets.
They will throw one hoop, then go to the end of the line.

STUDENT LEADER: ZAIN adiyan 7c will demonstrate how to


participate, then organize the students into three lines - make
sure they rotate into lines.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 9 cricket stands, 6 small hula hoops


Station #10 - upper FIELD
- Bean bag TOSS -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will throw bean bags at the targets. They
will throw one bean bag then go to the end of the line.

STUDENT LEADER:adam 7c GULF STAR STAFF will demonstrate


how to participate, then organize the students into three lines -
make sure they rotate into lines.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 6 bean bags, 9 small hula hoops


Station #11 - upper FIELD
- Fun relay -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will be in four teams. First race: run
backwards. 2nd race: hopping . 3rd race: skipping.This should
be a relay race

STUDENT LEADER: issa/adham 8c will demonstrate how to


participate in the activity and organize the students into four
lines. She will explain how to pass the noodle to the next player
and then sit down at the end of your line.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 4 short pool noodles, 8 disc cones


Station #12 - upper FIELD
- Hop race -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will use the bands to hook their feet
together. They will hop, with their feet hooked together, as fast
as they can from the starting line to the finish line.

STUDENT LEADER: alya 6a gulfstar will demonstrate how to


participate in the activity, help kids put the bands on, and
organize kids along the starting line. (could do two rounds to
spread kids out) (1st grade can do 3-legged race too!)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: ALL bands or trash bags, 6 disc cones

- SPOON RACE -
HOW TO PLAY: Each player will have successfully walk down to

- Scooter contest -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will run to the line and then jump onto
the scooter (on their knees). They will scoot as fast as they can
down and back

STUDENT LEADER: Yazmin taliya 9a will record one point for


participation and points for each few yards (will be marked on
the floor).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 3 scooters, marks on the floor


Station #4 - gYM
- Plank hold -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will try to hold plank position as long as
they can . 15 seconds 1 point 20 seconds 5 points 30 seconds 10
points

STUDENT LEADER: Adam 6a gulf starwill record point for


person that holds the plank for 20 seconds

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: yoga mats


Station #5 - upper FIELD
- Shuttle run -
HOW TO PLAY: Two players will begin at the starting line. They
will run, pick up a baton and return it to the starting line by
setting it down. They will then run to pick up the other baton.
They will run back and through the starting line. They will be
timed.

STUDENT LEADER: IRFRAN 9B Gulf star will record the color


team’s fastest times (top 3 will earn more points). First 5 points
2nd 3 points 3rd 1 point.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 4 batons, 2 stopwatches


Station #6 - upper FIELD
- Hula hoop contest -
HOW TO PLAY: Player will spin the hula hoop around their
waist. They will keep it going for as long as they can. They will
get one point for every ten seconds that they can keep the
hula hoop going.

STUDENT LEADER: AREEN MARIAM 6Awill record 1 point for


time for any student over ten seconds. 2 POINTS over twenty
20seconds.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 8 big striped hula hoops, stopwatch


ES Station #7 - upper FIELD
- HULA HOOP TOSS -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will throw hula hoops at the targets.
They will throw one hoop, then go to the end of the line.

STUDENT LEADER: ZAIN adiyan 7c will demonstrate how to


participate, then organize the students into three lines - make
sure they rotate into lines.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 9 cricket stands, 6 small hula hoops

- rUN STACK RACE -

Station #9 - upper FIELD
- Football Dribble & shot -
HOW TO PLAY: Player will dribble the football through the
cones as fast as they can. They will then take a shot at the goal
when they reach the end of the cones. They will get two
attempts at this activity.

STUDENT LEADER: 5Abdel rahman 9A 2 gulf star will record 1


point for each color team’s number of goals scored.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 8-10 cones (any size), 2 footballs

Station #10 - UPPER FIELD
- BALANCE RACE -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will balance a board on top of their
head while they quickly get to the cone and back to their line
as fast as they can. They can complete the course as many
times as they can in the seven minute station!
STUDENT LEADER: nathan laur 6a will demonstrate how to
participate in the activity, IF competing against another color
1st place 5 points ,2nd place 3points 3rd place 1 point. If solo
and successfully goes down and back without board falling on
the ground gets one point.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:, 6 disc cones, 3 swim foam boards
Station #11 - upper FIELD
- Basketball shot -
HOW TO PLAY: Player will shoot the basketball from the spots
on the floor. Different point values will be assigned to the
different spots - according to distance from the hoop. Players
will get 15 seconds to make as many baskets as they can.

STUDENT LEADER: MAJID ADAM 8Bwill record 1 point for each


color team’s number of baskets scored (with point values).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: spots, 2 basketballs (medium), timer


Station #12 - upper FIELD
- Football target -
HOW TO PLAY: Player will get three shots from any of the
markers to shoot. They will receive points for shooting into the
different targets. They will shoot all three shots before they go
get the balls for the next player.

STUDENT LEADER: sam 9A gulf star Will record one points for
each target hit.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 3 footballs, 4 hula hoops (tied onto goal)


Station #13 - upper FIELD
- Jump rope -
HOW TO PLAY: Player will try to jump rope as long as they can.
Each player gets a point for jump roping at least 10 seconds 2
points for 15 seconds

Station #14 - upper FIELD
- HULA HOOP TOSS -
HOW TO PLAY: Player will get five hula hoops. They will toss one
hula hoop at a time towards the cones. They will get points
based on which cone they make the hula hoop around - the
farther away the cone is, the more points the player will earn.

STUDENT LEADER: ZAIN/ADIYAN 7Cwill record total points for


each student on the color team.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 5 cricket stands, 5 small hula hoops


Station #15 - LOWER FIELD
- Wheelbarrow race -
HOW TO PLAY: Player 1 will hold the legs of Player 2, while player
two uses their hands to move. They will move from the starting
line to the finish line as fast as they can.

STUDENT LEADER: lynn 6b GULF STAR STAFF will record 2


points for each player that participates.

Station #16 - LOWER FIELD
- 50-yard dash -
HOW TO PLAY: Two players from the same color team run the 50-yard
dash at a time. Students will be timed. They get three attempts to get
their best time possible.

STUDENT LEADER: awadah talal 6a will record 1 point for participation


for each player. They will also record the color team’s fastest times (top
3 will earn more points).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 4 disc cones, 2 stopwatches


Station #17 - LOWER FIELD
- Hop race -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will use the bands to hook their feet
together. They will hop, with their feet hooked together, as fast
as they can from the starting line to the finish line.

STUDENT LEADER: alya 6a gulfstar will record 1 point for


participation. They will also record the color team’s fastest
times (top 3 will earn more points).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 6 bands, stopwatch


Station #18 - LOWER FIELD
- Bean bag TOSS -
HOW TO PLAY: Player will get five bean bags. They will toss one bean
bag at a time towards the hula hoops. They will get points based on
which hula hoop they make the bean bag in - the farther away the
hula hoop is, the more points the player will earn.

STUDENT LEADER: adam 7C GULF STAR STAFFwill record 1 point for


participation for each player and record total points for each student
on the color team.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 5 bean bags, 5 small hula hoops


Station #19 - LOWER FIELD
- Fun relay -
HOW TO PLAY: Players will do a simple relay with their partner.
They will complete the following activities: run backwards, hop
left foot, hop right foot, bear crawl and sprint.

STUDENT LEADER: issa/adham 8C will record 1 point for


participation. They will also record the color team’s fastest
times (top 3 will earn more points).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: lines


Station #20 - LOWER FIELD
- Three legged race -
HOW TO PLAY: Players need to be in pairs WITH SOMEONE ON
THEIR COLOR TEAM. They will walk/run together from the
starting line to the finish line. If their band breaks, they are out.
If they fall, but their band doesn’t break - keep going!

STUDENT LEADER: mohammed hamad 9A gulf starwill record 1


point for participation. They will also record the color team’s
fastest times (top 3 will earn more points).
