SWOT ANALYSIS

Strengths

1. Our staff has a shared vision and mission.


2. Pupils can understand teaching instruction in English, and STEM.
3. Teachers adopt 21st-century teaching strategies to maximize learning.

Weaknesses

1. Some pupils lack the initiative to learn.


2. Some pupils have insufficient English and STEM support outside of school.
3. Faculty lacks new trend pieces of training, seminars, and workshops for the teaching-learning process, and school-
related activities.

Opportunities

1. Our school has gained recognition from parents and students in the districts and the neighboring districts/towns.
2. There is good team spirit and a harmonious relationship among the staff members.
3. Staffs are eager to use different teaching techniques.
Threats

1. Most pupils have poor time management because of their preoccupation with IT and smartphones, and mobile
games.
2. Some pupils have poor reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
3. There is a widening diversity of students’ learning abilities.
