INFORMATION 

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor hereby accuses Tuco Salamanca of the crime
of Homicide committed as follows:

That on or about 10:00 in the evening of the 27 th day of February 2023, At

Milaor, Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this court,
the said accused, armed with a bladed weapon, with intent to kill, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously attack, assault and stab one Gus Fring, thereby
inflicting upon him a fatal wound which directly caused his death. 

That as a result of the criminal act of the accused, the heirs of the deceased
suffered the damage of:

Loss of earning capacity ------------------Php 420,000.00

Death Indemnity  --------------------Php 50,000.00
Total Php 470,000.00

Contrary to Law. with the mitigating circumstance of voluntary surrender.
