Being a leader requires a combination of skills, qualities, and a mindset that can
motivate and guide others towards a common goal. As a leader, one is liable for
making important decisions, leading by example, and creating a positive and
productive environment for the team. This essay will explore why I want to be a
leader and what I hope to achieve through my leadership.
