Walk-in selection for NATS Apprenticeship Training for BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA

holders at TTI, HAL

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of
Defence, Govt. of India, is a premier Aeronautical Industry of South East Asia, with 20
Production/Overhaul/Service Divisions and 10 co-located Research & Design (R&D) Centres and one
Facility Management Division, spread across the Country.

Technical Training Institute, HAL, Bangalore is conducting the selection drive to engage Non-
Engineering Graduate- BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA holders to undergo Apprenticeship Training
for a period of ONE YEAR under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) through Board of
Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region in the following Graduate Non-Engineering Stream.

Eligibility Criteria:

i. Candidate shall pass degree in BSc/BCom/BBA/BCA in the subject indicated.

ii. Candidates shall be a domicile of Karnataka State.

iii. Candidate should possess graduation from University in India on or after 01/05 /2020.

iv. Candidates who have undergone /undergoing / already registered NATS contract under the
Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible.

v. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE ASPIRING CANDIDATES

a. The aspiring candidates shall register as “STUDENT” in the apprenticeship portal

www.mhrdnats.gov.in and must bring the copy of the registration form.
b. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates who are attending the walk-in.
c. After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship contract will be
terminated and there will be no obligation on the part of HAL to offer any
employment.
d. Stipend during the apprenticeship training period is Rs.9000/- per month for 12 months
of training. In addition subsidized canteen facility is available.
e. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
f. The candidates shall report to the venue with the following original documents and one
set self-attested photo copy and two passport size colour photograph.

i. 10th/SSC/SSLC Marks sheet

ii. Degree /Provisional Certificate
iii. Yearly/semester wise marks sheets.
iv. In case of marks are in GPS/CGPA, University guidelines for converting GPA/CGPA
to Percentage.
v. Reserved category applicant must produce Caste/PWD Certificate issued by the
competent authority.
