1. That the Seller has agreed to a down payment, worth of ONE MILLION PESOS (PHP
1,000,000.00)
2. That the Seller agreed to the buyer to start the renovation of the said property, when the
buyer has moved.
3. The Buyer must shoulder the Transfer of Title to the registry of deeds of Antipolo City.
4. The Seller shall shoulder the Capital Gain Tax.
5. When the buyer backs out, the one million pesos and everything spent on the repairs are
forfeited.
6. When the seller backs out, he will return everything the buyer spent on the house, and
there will be a 10% penalty of One Million Pesos.
7. Before the buyer moves in, the owner will pay all the monthly dues and land tax of the
house.
8. When the buyer starts to move into the house, they will shoulder the land tax and
monthly due.
9. When the title is in the seller's name, this is where the buyer will start a loan to pay the
shortfall in the house, Balanced is TWO MILLION PESOS (2,000,000.00).
