*Announcement

The technical writer will be the one who will do the minutes of every meeting, the task manager
talked about the goals in the month of January where we should have our prototype for the web
application at the end of the month. He also added that we need to complete our testing plan
and the revision of database design.

*Updates

- Enrollment

The task manager inquired if we were enrolled, but some of the members had not
yet been enrolled, and Mr. Jeybie Harville's schedule was changed to 4B rather than 4C.
Ms. Daroy and Getubig's enrollment is still pending. Ms. Getubig stated that he went to
the university to withdraw her enrollment, but there has been no update. She was only
told to check the portal every now and then. While Mr. Manos and Campo have settled in
and started 4C.

- Task Assigned

UI/UX DESIGN
Mr. Campo said that he is still exploring the tools to be used for the UI/UX
and then our task manager ask him if he started something and he said there are but still
drafts.

Testing Plan
Ms. Getubig and Daroy have not started doing their test plan but Ms.
Getubig said that she just tested the program that the task manager gave and that’s all
for their updates.

Web Server: Apache, HTTP Server
DBMS: MariaDB/My SQL
Framework: Flask with REST API

Security
The task manager is still researching for this one.

*Future Plan

The task manager said that by the month of February we will implement the UNIT
TESTING AND INTEGRATION TESTING. In the month of March we should be done
with the System Testing and by the end of the month we should do the 1st Acceptance
Testing. And by the month of April we will do the revision of the system. But the ultimate
goal is to make the project to be accepted by the Scholarship Providers.

Campo’s Concern: ( I forgot hihihi sorry, pero naa to shay ge talk about consultation ni
sir Durano)

Manos Concern: About the seminar that Mr. Basabe posted. The task manager asked if
who wants to join the seminar, but Ms. Getubig will not attend.
