priority...

Do these words feel familiar to you?

Good afternoon one and all present here.

you might have heard all these words from any fitness motivational
videos. But do you know the real motive? Not to eat only vegan and
support the vegan teacher, but staying healthy is beneficial scientifically
it is proven that

A healthy diet helps to **protect against malnutrition**


 in all its forms, as well as noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), including
such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer. Unhealthy diet and
lack of physical activity are leading global risks to health.

  A healthy body means good mental health. Depression can lead to


poor eating habits and a lack of exercise. This leads to a slew of chronic
illnesses as well as psychiatric disorders.

You see, Staying healthy helps us both physically and emotionally.

But do you know there are so many other facts about these?

 laughter can be a valuable tool for those suffering from medical

textbook since second grade, so it has stuck to my brain now! but here is

prevent disease. Many many are going low on carbs high in protein, but
our body needs the right amount of food shown here on this chart.
