Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to apply for the position of Restaurant Manager in your restaurant, as advertised
in last week’s 20 Minutos newspaper on 17 January.

As you will see from my enclosed curriculum vitae, I attended the “Escuela Superior de
Hostelería yTurismo de Madrid” where I completed my degree in Restaurant Management in
2015, and as a continuation I studied a Restaurant Innovation and Management Master in
Barcelona Culinary Hub.

After graduation, I moved to Paris where I worked in two of the most renowned
restaurants, La Tour d´Argent and Le Grand Colbert, as Junior Manager. I carried
out a dynamic and varied responsibilities range from daily contact with customers to
administrative assistant tasks.

Last month I returned to Madrid and I am now seeking to join a busy establishment
like yours where I can put into practise all the experience acquired.

I believe that I would be an ideal candidate for this position as I possess the
necessary personal qualities to deal with the demands of the job, given that I am
very accustomed to coming into contact with all kinds of people and to coping with
the stress and the strain of very different situations.

At this moment, I would be available to start working immediately, so I hope you will
be able to make use of my services.
