XXVI. DISPOSITION OF EVIDENCE COLLECTED
The findings of the fingerprints found on the Knife and the victim's body all
match to one identity/person,. Additionally, the results of the autopsy of the body
of the victim state that the cause of death was a fatal Neck injury that leads to the
loss of too much blood resulting in her death.
XXVII. REMARKS/PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED DURING SOCO
There are not much problems encountered during the arrival of the SOCO
team. Reaching the place of the victim was easy because it is just a few houses
away from Aguinaldo Highway. Cordoning of the area is done uncomplicated.

SUBJECT : Spot Report of Incident that Resulted to the Death of

Mariko De cello
1. On or about December 22, 2021 around 1:30 PM, a suicide incident transpired in
the living area of the residence of the victim in 377 Barangay Santiago General
Trias Cavite. The victim was identified as one Mariko De cello, a student.
2. Initial investigation revealed that the victim was home alone inside her house and
stabbed her neck with a knife, several evidence are found at the scene that will
aid in the conduct of the investigation, such evidence are: (a) Knife and:
3. The victimMariko De cello who sustained wound on her neck was rushed to
Silang Specialist Medical Center but was declared dead upon arrival.
4. The motive behind the incident is still unknown as well as the identity of the
suspects. Police investigation are still undergoing and the possible angle of this
case are: (a) Suicide

III. FACTS OF THE CASE

7. On or about 1:29 in the afternoon of December 22, 2021, her mother
named Mean De cello reported and seek police assistance on the alleged
suicide of her daughter named Mariko De cello. She saw the body of the
dead victim sitting on to the chair in the living room.
8. At around 1:40PM that day, Margie O. Rivera, the first responder took
charge at the scene of the crime, gathering several evidence: (a) Knife,
(b )fingerprints from the cordoned area.
IV. RECOMMENDATION
9. Wherefore in view of the foregoing, the office hereby recommends that the
laboratory autopsy and laboratory examination be conducted as soon as
possible to further establish the final remarks of the case.

1. Spot Report and Initial Report on Suicide happened on December 21,
2021
2. Crime Laboratory Examination
II. This pertains to the incident of Suicide that happened in 377 Barangay
Santiago General Trias Cavite at around 1:29 PM of December 22, 2021. The
victim was Mariko De cello. Then, Comitted suicide.
III. The evidence gathered from the crime scene is given to the examiner for the
laboratory examination and the cadaver of the victim was moved to the Crime
Laboratory Office at Palico IV, Toclong I, Imus City for autopsy examination.
Then, the findings of the fingerprints found on the knife, victim's body all
match to one identity/person.
IV. Further development will be sent to that office as soon as obtained.

FACTS OF THE CASE:
6. Around 1:29 pm of December 22, 2021, Mariko De cello an 18 year old

student stabbed herself on the neck with a knife while sitting on a chair in
their living room. According to the witness, Mean De cello who is the mother
of the victim, she suffering from depression because of online classes.
DISCUSSION:
7. The findings of the fingerprints found on the knife and the victim's body all
match to one identity/person, as also the Additionally, the results of the
autopsy of the body of the victim state that the cause of death was a fatal
neck injury that leads to the loss of too much blood resulting in her death.
CONCLUSION:
8. Following the results of the fingerprints that belongs to the victim, Mariko
executed the crime herself by stabbing her neck while sitting down on a chair
in their living area. Her mother Mean De cello also told the investigators that
Mariko is suffering from depression therefore the the investigators conclude
that it is suicide.
RECOMMENDATION:
9. Wherefore in view of the foregoing, this office hereby recommends that the final
disposition of the case was Suicide.
