● From all the lesson, I’m more invested in studying spiritual self, Studying your spiritual self has
many advantages. It can assist you in becoming more conscious of how your actions, emotions,
and thoughts affect both your own life and the lives of others. Additionally, it can help you
understand yourself better, which will increase your level of self-acceptance, self-assurance, and
self-love. You can strengthen your relationship with the Divine, connect more deeply with your
purpose, and create more meaningful relationships by coming to terms with and connecting
with your spiritual self. Studying your spiritual self can also assist you in better understanding
and controlling challenging emotions like fear, rage, and grief. Finally, it can assist you in
developing a greater awareness of both your life and the interconnection of everything.

lifestyle? (25 points)

● Your understanding of your own ideas, feelings, and behaviors may improve as a result of

better can also help you communicate more effectively, make better decisions, and ultimately

“Understanding the Self” to yourself and the way you interact with others? (50 points)

● I've learned to be more conscious of both my own thoughts and feelings as well as those of
those around me through studying "Understanding the Self." Additionally, it has given me the
skills I need to interact with people effectively and comprehend their viewpoints more.
Additionally, it has given me the self-assurance to take charge of my life and choices and to
consciously choose how I want to relate to other people.
