As we continue the Fight against TB through Unified Action. The Philippine Coalition Against Tuberculosis (PhilCAT
cordially invites your NTP Team to the 2023 Quarter 1 Mandatory TB Notification Data Validation Activity and Program
Implementation Review on April 17 – 19, 2023 at Berjaya Hotel, Makati City.

The general objective of this two-day validation workshop and program implementation review is first to ensure that data reported
to Global Fund on the various performance, process and sustainability indicators for 2023 Quarter 1 are complete and accurate
and are consistent with the ITIS generated report. At the same time, the workshop also aims to review the project performance
including the RXPASS and Physician Incentive Scheme. Specifically, the workshop aims to:

a. Validate data collected for the reporting period January-March 2023

b. Review the project performance for Q1 2023 in comparison to Period 4 2023 by region, province, or city across all
indicators, and identify best practices and areas for strengthening.

c. Review the RxPASS implementation progress, and identify implementation strengths and challenges

d. Review the Physician Incentive Scheme implementation progress, and identify facilitating and hindering factors to
successful implementation.

e. Review progress towards sustainability of mandatory notification; designation of a hospital notification officer (HNO);
implementation of the hospital-wide notification progress and challenges.

f. Identify priority action points for Q2 2023 to improve or sustain project performance; strengthen RXPASS and Physician
Incentive Scheme implementation and ensure the sustainability of mandatory notification.

Meals during travel and all transportation expenses incurred in relation to the activity will be reimbursed subject to allowable

All terminal tickets, bus tickets and gasoline receipts must be submitted to our Finance Officer for proper reimbursement. If by
using your own vehicle, kindly indicate kilometre reading at the start (residence) and end of travel (venue). Reimbursement will
be made at the mileage rate (Mileage run divided by seven) times gasoline rate not to exceed the official receipt provided in
liquidation.
