I am pleased to recommend Betty Mahardica Ismawardani for her application on the

Global Korea Scholarship to study further about Tourism Management. Betty was a Village
Local Facilitator in Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and
Transmigration from 2018 to 2022. During that time, I had the opportunity to know her and I
was impressed by her outstanding performance and communication ability.
Betty Mahardica Ismawardani demonstrated exceptional abilities in understanding
various aspects of tourism in village, including management and sustainable tourism. During her
work, she was actively involved in developing a tourism village where contributed to the
enhancement of developing the villages’s profile as well as the formation of tourism industry
network.
Furthermore, as she has 5 years of experience working in the tourist, I believe that it will
be a huge support for her future studies. Betty’s job experience has given her great insight into
organize tourist activities, tourism management, guide and promote tourist places to the tourists
as well as opportunity to develop her teamwork with people in many backgrounds as well as
adaptation ability.
