Just to recap

We had the system fitted by a professional, Paul Lench, who was recommended and he had already
fitted for us a solar panel, a smart radio, a smart television and a reversing camera. His work is neat
and tidy

The system did not work

Paul did a report and we sent this to you

He said he thought that the control unit was faulty and that also he did not hear the dish wake up.
Paul had checked that the power supply was good

WE consulted you and you said to return the whole system which we did

You sent the system back to us ‘repaired’. You said you had replaced the LNB

We asked for Paul to refit the unit which he did but it still did not work. Paul said he thought the
control unit was not working

Paul rechecked that there was sufficient power supply to the system

We travelled for 3 months in our camper

On our return we looked for an expert to check the system – we found Brault who were
recommended and they checked the system and said the control unit was faulty

We sent the unit back to you and you returned it stating it was not faulty

We reconnected the control unit and it came on and fixed on the home and then we moved it to
astra 2 – but the dish did not open

We turned the system off. We returned later and this time the control box did not come on

Given that the dish does not open we are not sure what to make of it

I have e mailed the makers representatives in France I Do It. They have not responded

Going forward

We are open to suggestions as what to do next

We think our best bet is to go back to Brault and ask them to sort it out so we have a working system

There will be some more cost to add to the costs already incurred

I am engaging a German solicitor to help recover these costs from you

For your information, my Company and I have stopped using Amazon – completely – luckily others
are catching them up – so no real hardship to us. If they ask, I will tell them why
