A Tip for A Google Form Question

When you see this kind of question in Google form how to proceed with it?

You go to your working Google form, in this screen show, here it is.
You click “Add file” button. You will see as below.

Click “My drive” and find the Google sheet file your have worked with (Read the file name carefully. It
must begin with Copy of …).

After you click on the file, click the “Select” button. You will see this.

Then Click “Submit”. Bravo!
