1.系统特征

UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 拥有如下特点:
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 为单相在线不间断直流系统；
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 可对您的载荷提供不低于额定功率的稳定电源；
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 采用一体化结构,性能高度稳定；
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 采用直流模块运行，减少线性冲突；
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 体积小,质量轻,单体模块重量仅为 25 公斤；
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 可提供绿色能源,输出近似一条直线；
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 电源模块部分采用铝合金外壳，六面金属屏蔽，质量高可靠性，能耐受恶劣的工
作环境；
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 是应用户的要求制作的一种带备电输入的直流 UPS，交直流可实现零秒切换，该
系统具备输出过流保护，过压及短路保护功能。充电器部分设有过放保护及电池是否在线的检测功能。
此系统可在没有系统控制器或丧失测量或其他功能的情况下完美工作，UPS 运行不对系统控制器进行强
制要求。UPS 模块可以进行热交换，并可进行不同系统配置。
2.介绍

2.1 UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 介绍

UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 是一个直流不间断电源（UPS）组合，是一个包含相同的两个部分（UPS-A、UPS-B）
的冗余系统，其 UPS1920-3 电路结构如图 1 所示，UPS1440-3 电路结构如图 1 所示，组合后系统电路结
构图如图 3 所示。

2.2.1 UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 外形

UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 电源系统包含两个部分即 UPS-A 和 UPS-B，两个部分电箱的外形尺寸相同即

600*600*2000mm

详见图 4。

2.2.2 UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 内部结构及各部件其作用

此系统包含的两个部分：1.UPS-A, 2.UPS-B。其基本配置如下：

① UPS 电源模块(型号：HUPS1920-3/DC 和 HUPS1440-3/DC)

② 开关组合

③ 隔离模块

④ 动力输入及输出接线板

⑤ 后备电池

⑥ 冷却系统

电箱内部部件布置详见图 5（图 5 为 UPS1920-3 电箱布置图，UPS1440-3 输出模块略有不同，具体见

装箱图纸）和图 6。

2.3 ME UPS 分类

ME UPS 可提供不间断的稳定的 24V 直流电源，按照不同的功率及接线可分为二类：UPS1920-3 型（适

用于 ME-C 主机;UPS1440-3 适用于 ME-B 主机,同时具有充电功能，并提供输出不低于 1600W
（UPS1920-3）
或 1200W（UPS1440-3）电流的清洁恒定电流输出。当外界在一定的时间内发生严重过流或过载时，开
关会产生保护性动作。

3.UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 主要部件
3.1 UPS 模块组件(HUPS1920-3/DC 和 UPS1440-3/DC)

3.1.1 UPS 电源模块组件原理框图

UPS 模块组件是此系统的核心,它可以依据容量需要设计做成大小不同的模块。并将充电器一起集成。
经证实，此设计十分稳定，UPS 由正常模式切换为后备模式不需要转换时间；即交直流可以实现零秒切
换，可向负载提供连续的稳定清洁的动力。其原理框图见图 7。

3.1.2 UPS 电源模块组件外形

模块组件外壳即为散热器，具有充分的散热面积。模块组件外形见图 8。模块端子分配见表 3。

3.2 隔离模块组件

隔离模块共包括两种，HDC120W24/24 提供直流 24V5A 输出，HDC240W24/24 提供直流 24V10A 输出。两

种隔离模块均为直流 24V 输入。其原理框如图 9：

3.3 电池组件

UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 采用灵活的结构，可方便接线及更换与维修，电池组包含两块 A412/65.G5 电池。

电池外形如图 12：外形尺寸：353X175X190，每块重量 24.6kg，可提供 65Ah 的支持，联接时请注意电池
的极性。

4.1 敷设电缆

4.1.1 交流输入线缆连接

在接入交流之前，请确认输入电压为 AC220V±20%的范围内。然后对应将交流输入线缆的 L、N、安全地

线对应接入 X0 的 L、N 及 PE 端子，并确认连接牢靠。导线的截面积不小于 2.5mm 。

4.1.2 直流输出线缆连接

直流输出所关系到的接线排为 X1，X1 的端子与对应的输出分开关的对应关系见表 8。

直流输出的导线按最大 4A/mm 、按实际要求进行选择。在连接时一定要注意极性，即双号为正极端。同时
在接线前一定要将相应的输出开关断开或确认系统未工作。

4.1.3 监测信号的引出

信号的输出端子为 X2。X2 为无源结点信号输出。X2 的输出结点信号如图 14 所示。

4.2 接通相应的开关

将相应的电缆连接完毕，并检查接线的正确性，特别的是直流的极性。然后即可接通相应开关。
其顺序如下：

1）接通直流输入开关 F2。

2）接通交流的输入开关 F1。

3）接通辅助开关 F3。

4）将面板的启动开关置于“ON”的位置。则门板上所有指示灯均为绿色。

5）接通相应隔离模块的输入。

4.3 关闭系统

关闭电源的顺序按照 4.2 的反顺序操作。

5.故障现象与检修

对于 USP 电源系统，可以通过状态指示灯及状态结点对其故障类别进行判断。下面只对典型的故障
现象列表进行说明，但建议不要直接对其进行内部维修，请与当地供货商进行联系确认后进行相应
操作。

UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 has integrative configuration with a stability performance.
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 DC module operation, reduce linearity conflict.
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 little volume, low weight, single module weights 25 Kg.
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 provides a environmental power, the output approx. a straight line.
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 the power module use an alloy shell, military quality requirement, high
performance & stability, could meet abominable working condition.
UPS1920-3/UPS1440-3 is a DC UPS with standby input according to customer’s requirements,
interchange between AC and DC freely. With function of over-current, over-voltage, short circuit
protection etc. Due to be equipped with a over-discharge protection unit and battery on-line
supervisor in the charger. System could keep working when no system controlling & lost survey
function or other functions. UPS operate without enforcing requirement to system controller,
and it could achieve heat-change and meet different system collocation.

2.3 Division of ME UPS

ME UPS could provide a un-interrupted DC voltage supply of 24V stably with charge functions.
which could be divided into two grade: the first is UPS1920-3which is suitable for ME-C diesel,
The second is UPS1440suitable for ME-B diesel. They provide stable current output which not lower
than 1600W（UPS1920-3）or 1200W（UPS1440-3）. In case of over-current or over-load, the switch
will operate protecting.

capacity requirements and integrate with a charger. The working module could interchange with

Isolation module includes 2 type, HDC120W24/24 supply 24V DC 5A output, HDC240W24/24 supply 24V

Confirm AC input supply is AC220V±20% before connection. Connect the right cable L N, safe ground
cable to terminals XO L N PE and confirm connection is reliable. Cable section should be or above

The cable for DC Output is chose on using required, max is the 4A/mm . Pay attention to the polarity,
it is positive pole which has even number labels. Confirm the output switches cut off or the
UPS is not working.

Signals output is terminals X2. X2 is passive signal node output. The output lists of X2 see

4.2 Connect switches

Confirm the exactness of all the cables connection, especially for the DC polarity. Close
the switches according to priority.

4) Switch to ON of panel, all lamps are green.
