Paper Presentation Guidelines
1. Presenters willing to present at CONNEXON’23 must be a registered delegate at the time of
submission of abstract. 2. Presentations can be made under any of these categories: clinical, research and general/innovative and the type of presentation is to be specified in the abstract. 3. One/Two Author are allowed to present his/her abstract at the conference. 4. 200 word abstract to be mailed in the given time after the registration. 5. Each registered delegate can submit only one scientific abstract. 6. The presenter should adhere to the time limit for presentation. All oral presentations will be for a duration of 5 minutes followed by a discussion of 2 minutes. 7. A single warning bell will ring at 4:45min. A double bell will ring at 5:00min. Additional time not more than 30secs to be given. 8. File format should be PowerPoint [.PPT]. All presenters to get their presentations in a pendrive in readable format. 9. Only Single screen multimedia projectors will be provided for presentation. 10. The official language of the conference and all communication must be in English. 11. No commercial product endorsement will be permitted. 12. Do not submit on-going studies, or abstract with incomplete result or conclusion. Avoid reference to institution names, locations, or funding sources in the abstract. 13. Submissions will be rejected if the above rules are not met. 14. The decision of the judges shall be final.
