Dear Florina,

Subsequent to the meetings between EXL Service Romania Private Limited S.R.L. (the “Company”), Romanian legal entity
having its headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Croitorilor, nr. 12-14, ET. 3-4, postal code 0400162, Alpha Business Centre,
Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J12/1639/2009, sole registration code 25514066 and you, we are
pleased to issue a Letter of Intent on the terms set here in.

1. You are being offered the position of Senior Executive / Referent de Specialitate Financiar – contabilitate 241104,
according to the Romanian Job Classification.

2. You shall join the Company on 17 th of October 2022, on an indefinite basis.

3. The offer is subject to the following conditions:
a. Accuracy of the testimonials and information provided by you and your being free from any contractual
restrictions preventing you from accepting this offer or starting work on the above-mentioned date.
b. Approval of occupational medicine doctor and reference check
If any of the above conditions are not met, this offer may be revoked by the Company.
4. Prior to your date of joining, you will be issued a formal Employment Contract in exchange of this offer.
5. You will work 40 hours/ week, 8h/day.
6. As an employee of the Company, you will receive the following financial compensation:
a. An annual Gross Salary of 143,604- RON (one hundred forty-three thousand six hundred four RON) i.e.
a monthly gross base salary of 11,967- RON (Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Seven RON). The
monthly salary shall be paid in one monthly installment.
b. In addition to the above-mentioned salary, one monthly premium shall be added as follow:
- 478 /- RON Gross (Four Hundred Seventy-Eight RON), for working on French language
process, for the entire period the employee works on processes requiring this language.
c. Basis the above details, your total monthly gross remuneration shall be of 12,445- RON (Twelve Thousand
Four Hundred Forty-Five RON).
On top of the above-mentioned remuneration, you will also be entitled to a monthly bonus in accordance
with the Company internal performance management system
7. In addition to the salary, the company will also grant you the following benefits: lunch tickets in amount of 20
RON/ 8 worked hours (subject to taxation, according to legal requirements), a private medical insurance
covering a large range of specialized medical check-ups, lab tests and investigations.
8. You will benefit from yearly holidays of 21 working days.
9. You will be subject to a probation period of 90 days.
10. In case of resignation, you will grant the company a notice period of 20 working days. In case of dismissal for
reasons which are not related to you, the company will grant you a notice period of 20 working days.
11. The collective bargaining agreement negotiated at the company level will be applicable to your employment with
the company, as well.
12. The offer is valid for 2 business days from the date of issuance, please confirm your acceptance in time.
