ATTENTION PLEASE

ALL Those EX-M.Phil/Ph.D boarder students of Boys Hostel No. 3 and 4, who

could not take their belongings / luggage during closure of University on 27-

02-2023 are hereby advised to collect the same from respective Resident

Warden Office on or before 14-03-2023, from 9:00 am to 5:00pm. The

belongings will be handed over to only legitimate ex- boarder students after

fulfillment of prescribed procedure during said timings. Failing which, the

University Hostels’ Administration would be constraint to unlock their rooms

and shift the belongings in any suitable place. However, the Hostels’

Administration will not be responsible for any loss/damage to this effect.

Our Scholar students should realize that this unavoidable step has been taken

for renovation /white washing of hostels and thereby re-allotments as per

revised policy. Inconvenience in this regard is highly regretted.
