c Buck and the wolf come to a river. When Buck sees
the river, he thinks of his boss, Thornton. So he
goes back to him.
d Buck follows a large old moose. The moose has an
arrow in it, and it is angry. The moose goes for four
days and then dies. Buck follows it, and then eats it.
e When Buck goes back to the camp, he sees that
his friends are dead. He sees Indians in the camp.
Buck is very, very angry. He goes crazy and kills the
Indians.
