    DATE: May 12, 2022

    TO: All Staff

    FROM: Susanne Lewis, Human Resources Director

    SUBJECT: Employee Benefits

    I am writing to inform you that there will be modifications to all employee


    benefits beginning June 1, 2022. This change will affect all employees.
    Benefits effected by this change will be health, dental, and eye care.

    Three informational sessions will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday,


    May 13; Friday, May 20; and Friday, May 27. These meetings will take
    place in Employee Conference Room, 3C in the GEC Building. It is
    mandatory that you attend all three of these meetings.

    I understand all the questions you may have at this time. I have attached the
    New Employee Benefits June 2022 plan for your review.
