Hello Mr Eduardo, thanks for having me, it's a pleasure

1. What motivated you to applied for this position?

My main reason is to gain work experience in addition to obtaining economic income, the
company is also of interest to me since it’s recognized nationally.

2. In what area of work do you consider you excel the most?

I consider that I excel in the areas of administration and accounting.

3. What do you think you can contribute to the company and yourself in this position?

I can contribute to the company my knowledge in areas of accounting and administration,

creativity, responsibility, if so required I can contribute interesting proposals.

4. What is your professional goal?

Meet the objectives proposed by the company, demonstrate my skills through my work and grow
professionally.

5. Do you feel that your work skills have improved over the years?

Compared to my first work experiences, I consider that I have improved in many aspects over the
years. I have learned different things.

6. What are your best skills in the CPA position?

I have skills to make policies, financial statements, income statements, financial reports to support
decision making. I also know how to use accounting software to record all that financial
information.

7. What was the most difficult challenge of your last job?

Beyond the practice and the work that I had to do, what made it more difficult was the work
environment that existed, it was not that good basically.

8. How have you managed your stress level at the end of the month?

I have been able to control stress fortunately, I learned to have control of my emotions from my
previous job.

9. Have you ever faced financial problems? How did you handle the situation?

Of course, yes, if it’s a complicated situation but I always asked for help from family, friends and
close people, fortunately I received the expected support.
 10. How many years of experience do you have as an accountant?

At the moment I have 5 years of experience as an accountant.

It is a new role because the company is in development and growth.
