a. Reflection “Tagataguyod MC 2019 #46”
- Police Community Affairs And Development Master Plan is one of the
greatest action that the PNP has developed in improving the police and
community relations. PCAD Master Plan “TAGATAGUYOD" harmonizes
programs, projects and activities to inform, engage, influence, and lead
our communities towards achieving a better public order and safety in
support of the Quad operational concept. Its purpose is to strengthen
police community affairs and development programs, activities and
projects. to harness citizens' participation as PNP partners in the
maintenance of public order and safety. In PCR it gains higher level of
public trust and confidence for the PNP and responsive to the evolving
challenges of time and situations. Nevertheless, PCR is the heart and soul
of policing. PCAD has translated its local actions to lead and place the
human being at the center of community affairs and development.
