The Junior Financial Executive Officers conducted an activity for all financial
management students to be involved in leadership as Junior Councilors. An announcement was
first posted on the official Facebook page of BU-JFINEX to inform all interested applicants that
wish to join the recruitment process. The interview for the upcoming Junior Councilors was held
last February 10, 2023 via Google Meet and face to face where they were interviewed one by one
regarding the positions that they are applying by a google form that was released as part of their
registration. The objective of the interview was to test and identify who among the applicants are
the most deserving and suitable for the positions available and at the same time to give them a
comprehensive knowledge about the organization and what the organization does. The interview
was held by the executive officers in their most available time on 10th of February. The aspiring
Junior Councilors were asked diverse questions and was also given situational questions to know
how would they handle the problem or the situation they will be encountering in the future. After
finishing the interview officers had their own deliberation regarding the selection of the Junior
Councilors. Finally, the last process is the announcement of the official Bicol University JFINEX
Junior Councilor in there Facebook page were a new breed of students shall act their designated
positions as a resounding voice of leadership and service, ready to serve not for themselves but
their co-students.
