CONTEXT FOR THE RESEARCH

This research or thesis was provided because of our global situation that we are
encounter today. It give us an interest to conduct a research pertaining on the
title mentioned above. Together with my groupmates, we were created and
provided this also with the help of other person to revised it. Additionally, this
research should be our basis to performed, to know and have additional
information on what particular effects or impact of this pandemic to the
performance of the PNP personnel in municipality of Cordon, Isabela.

RESEARCH PROBLEM or problem statement.

 The Problem No. 1.
The problem is that pandemic occurred and spread with the deadly virus all over the
world that may also affect even the performance of our front liner’s particular on the PNP
Cordon personnel in their performance of duties as a public servant.

 The Problem No. 2.

In order to provide excellent performance of our PNP officers in Cordon Police office.
The Cordon police personnel must conduct and attend an additional seminars or briefing
showing the high level of excellent performance, to informed and bringing them to a better
public servant.

Why the problem is important to study: (e.g., gap in literature, policy, practice)

 for getting additional knowledge and skills that may includes the:
 Practice and exercise for better police.
 For policy basis.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES:
 At the end of this research or thesis, will shows the effects or impact of Covid-19 pandemic
into the performance of police personnel in municipality of Cordon.
 Also the researcher‘s and other readers will get additional knowledge and information on
how the police officers in the municipality of Cordon, be more active on their performance
even we are in pandemic situation.
 The police officers of this municipality will gain the high level of excellent performance in
terms of their duties during this pandemic.
