Activity – Sample TOS and EXAM

I. Construct a Table of Specifications using the Science Curriculum Guide from DepEd. You can find the
assigned quarter to you on a separate document attached here in this post. Attached also in this post is
the template for the TOS and the Science Curriculum Guide for each grade level.

II. Using the TOS that you have made, construct a 50-item exam composed of the following parts:

A. 20-item multiple choice

B. 10-item true-false test
C. 10-item identification test
D. 10-item essay test

Observe the proper way of constructing questions and include a KEY ANSWER.

Note:

 For those who have a laptop or smartphone, use a word processing application.
 For those who do not have, you may write it on a coupon bond.
 Always write your name in the document or in the paper that you are going to use.
 To submit your output, create a new page in your ePortfolio and name it “Sample TOS and
Exam”.
 Deadline: June 21, 2021, 5pm
