Optimism – I push myself to remember that the problems that I am having difficulties with will
not last forever, for there is always a light at the end of a tunnel. 
 
Keep asking questions- I ask so that I have a clear understanding of my task and I will repeat or
rephrase my question so that I will never do something incorrectly. 
 
Become the Consumer – By putting myself in the consumer’s shoes I will be creating an
enjoyable product that they will enjoy and can use as a form of escapism.
 
Communication – Constantly communicating with my collages so that we are all on the same
page and will have a good work flow with each other.
 
Teamwork – Being a contributing member of the team, not someone who stops the workflow
or hinders the team.
 
Reliable – Always arriving early to work and meetings, and make an effort to hand in work on
time.
 
Organization – Being on top of my tasks and planning ahead so everything runs smoothly.
 
Collaboration – Seek out the opinions of my collages so that I am working productively and
creatively with them, and the opinions of others so that I am always improving. 
 
Creativity – Striving to form new ideas that will impress the consumer society and impact them
in a positive way.
 
Controversy – I will listen and respond effectively to any controversy or problems that could
arise and make sure that in the end there will be a happy medium between both parties.
