REGIONAL ALLIANCE OF DRRM OFFICERS XI (READRRMO XI) SUMMIT 2023 Organized by: OCD RO XI, READRRMO XI and PADIRRMO Davao del Norte Information Notes for Participants Background The Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council XI is currently working to help re-institutionalize the Regional Alliance of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officers (READRRMO) of the region, in coordination with the current READRRMO Officials, Provincial ORRM Federation Presidents and in partnership with the Provincial Alliance of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officers (PADIRRMO) of Davao del Norte. This is done to further strengthen the partnership and collaboration of our DRRM leaders and workers in the region. As part of the said initiative, a READRRMO Summit will be conducted on February 10-11, 2023 to be participated by all Local DRRM Officers in the region. The purpose of the said summit are the following +Present and discuss the latest RRM policies and guidelines relative to the four (4) DRRM ‘thematic areas; + Conduct General Assembly for the review and adoption of the Constitution and By-laws of the organization. * Conduct READRRMO Election; and + Conduct DRRM benchmarking activity in Davao del Norte Province. Activity Details | Date | February 10-11, 2023 ‘Summit Venue White Sands Hotel Kaputian Beach Park Pob. Kaputian, IGACOS, Davao del Norte 4. Participants This Summit will be participated by the Head of the Local DRRM offices together with their LDRRMO officer/staff (one staff per LGU) and OCD Personnel. A total of 120 pax is anticipated to participate in the said activity. 5. Registration Fee A registration fee in the amount of Three Thousand Pesos (P3,000.00) will be collected per participant to be used for the meals, accommodation, and materials for the 2-day Summit (February 10-11, 2023), ‘The participant may pay for their registration thru GCASH No. 0927-921-8307 (Melvin Roy Javier). You may call Mr. Javier before and after sending your payment, for validation and verification purposes. You may also indicate in the gcash note upon payment the LGU name and name of representatives to notify Mr. Javier of your payment (Ex. LGU Davao, Mr. Juan Cruz-LDRRMO Head; Ms. Pepito Lopez-LDRRMO I) ‘The Official Receipt (OR) to be used for the registration payment is the receipt of PADIRRMO Davao del Norte. The OR will be provided to the participants during the Summit. Further, the Drivers shall not be required to pay the registration fee, however, their meals and ‘accommodation and other expenses will be shouldered by the sending LGU. Note: The Registration Fee will not cover the Day 0 (February 09, 2023) expenses. If the LGU opted to travel and stay in IGACOS earlier, LGU must shoulder its meals and accommodation expenses. 6. Transportation The transportation arrangement will be directly taken cared of by the participating LGU. There will be port charges amounting to Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (P250.00) per vehicle to be collected at Sasa Wharf going to IGACOS and IGACOS Wharf going to Davao City. Further, you are encouraged to be at the Sasa Wharf on or before 6:00AM to avoid delay due to queuing and arrive at the venue on time. 7. Deadline of confirmation submission is on or before January 30, 2023. 8.
