MEMBERS

To the honorable Board of Directors of Sto. Niño Villa de Lipa Homeowners

and Tenants Association Inc. (SNVLHTA INC),
We, the undersigned members of the SNVLHTA INC, in accordance with
Section 3, Article VIII of the SNVLHTA INC By-laws, hereby petition the
Board of Directors to promptly call for a special meeting of the members
for the purpose of discussing the association’s composition and other
important general association matters.
