POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

Here are a couple of top tips when adding graphics to a PowerPoint presentation.

1. Utilise the Drawing


section on the Home tab

From here you can add and


edit shapes.

2. Save time by using pre-set shape


styles

Once you have inserted a shape you can


select from a range of pre-set styles from
the Shape Styles section on the Shape
Format tab on the ribbon.

3. Merge shapes to make them easier to position and work with

With more than one shape selected (you can do this by holding the Shift
Key down while you use the mouse to select multiple shapes) click on the
Merge Shapes button from the Insert Shapes section on the Shape
Format tab on the ribbon.
