AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Boy Tapang, 30 years old, DOB May 23, 1991, Male, single, Construction worker, Presently
Residing at No. 425 Mendrez St, Barangay Sto. Cristo, Angeles City, Pampanga, after having sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I was present and personally saw the two accused persons committed the crime of robbery
against the victim Juanna Masipag Tamad.
2. That on August 11, 2021 I was walking on Manuel A. Roxas Highway heading home coming from
work
3. On August 11, 2021, at around 5:00pm in the afternoon, I saw the victim Juanna Masipag Tamad
also walking on Manuel A. Roxas with her bag.
4. Two motorcycles came close to the victim.
5. One of the motorcycles was a NMAX in matte black color, and the driver was wearing a black
helmet, black jacket, brown long pants, while the person at the back of the driver was wearing
red helmet, shorts, adidas sandals color black.
6. Then he pulled a gun, a revolver and then pointed it to the victim Juanna Masipag Tamad.
7. The other motorcycle was a Mio i125 yellow in color, wearing blue hoody jacket, long pants,
blue shoes, which blocked the driveway of the victim.
8. After they stopped in front of Saga Hotel, I saw that they threatened the victim.
9. The backrider of the NMAX in matte black color pointed the reovolver at Juanna Masipag
Tamad, to get the bag.
10. After they got the bag from the victim Juanna Masipag Tamad they immediately left and went
straight, North bound of Manuel A. Roxas Highway.
11. At around 5:15pm I appraoched to the victim Juanna Masipag Tamad to give her help and report
the incident I witnessed to the Police officers.
12. At around 5:30pm I Boy Tapang and the victim Juana Masipag Tamad were asked to give our
statements regarding what happened.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the filing of
Criminal Cases against Pepito Durugas and his two companions for violations of Robbery.
