3 01-08-2017 While it is the argument of Mr. Y.V. Giri, learned Senior

counsel who appears with Mr. Pranav Kumar Advocate on Record

that the entire disciplinary proceeding is a sham inasmuch as the

opinion expressed by the enquiry officer as endorsed by the

disciplinary authority, the appellate authority and in memorial, is

without any evidence being led by the department, Mr. Sameer

Kumar Singh learned A.C. to S.C.16 relies on paragraph 3 of the

enquiry report to submit that evidence was indeed led during the

enquiry.

Let records of the disciplinary proceeding be produced on

the next date fixed.

Put up this case on 8.8.2017 at the top of the list. Learned

counsel would also be advised to inform as to whether there was

any appointment of the Presenting Officer.
