AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, Boy Tapang, 32 years old, single, resident of 3946 Miranda St., Brgy. Pulungbulu,
Angeles City, Pampanga, after having sworn in accordance with the law, do hereby
depose and stat THAT:

1. I was present and personally saw two persons committing the crime of Robbery
(Article 293 of the Revised Penal Code) against the victim, Juana Tamad y
Masipag.
2. At around 4:40 PM of Wednesday, August 11, 2021, I was passing by Clarkton
Street, Manuel A. Roxas Highway, Angeles City, Pampanga, to go home from my
workplace.
3. Upon passing by Saga Hotel, I saw two men riding separate motorcycles and
stop in front of the victim, Juana Tamad y Masipag and pointed a gun on her.
4. Due to terrible fear in seeing the first suspect pull the gun out, I had to find
concealment to hide myself, and at the same time, I pulled my cellphone out,
which is a Oppo A12S, to record the incident using the video camera of my
cellphone.
5. While pointing the gun, which is a caliber .45 to the victim, one of the suspect
shouted “Akin na ang bag mo kung ayaw mong mangyaring masama sa’yo!”
6. Due to fear for her life, the victim handed her bag to the suspects.
7. The two suspects, as I remembered, were both wearing jackets.
8. The first suspect, who also pointed the gun, was wearing a red helmet, maong
shorts, adidas sandals.
9. The second suspect was wearing a blue hoodie jacket, maong pants, and blue
Nike shoes.
10. That the first motorcycle was a Black NMAX and instead of a plate number, a
plate with the words “for registration” was visible from the back.
11. That the second motorcycle was a MIO 125i.
12. After committing the said crime, the two suspects fled and passed by Northbound
of Manuel A. Roxas Highway.
13. After witnessing such crime, I walked towards the victim, Juana Tamad y
Masipag, who was shaking and crying, to help her report the incident to the
nearby police station.
14. At around 5:00 PM, after reporting the incident to the police, the victim, Juana
Tamad y Masipag, and I, Boy Tapang, were asked to give our statements
regarding the incident that transpired.
15. After giving our statements, we were informed that there will be a follow-up
operation that could get the whereabouts of the suspects.
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support
the filing of Criminal Case against Pepito Durugas y Mapagbigay, for violation of Article
293 of the Revised Penal Code (Robbery).
