With reference to your application for admission to the Ph.D. Programme of the Institute in the AUTUMN Semester
of 2015-2016, you are hereby requested to report to the Head of the Department/Centre/School of ELECTRICAL
ENGINEERING at 9 a.m. on 28-05-2015 for appearing at a Written Test and Interview.You must submit the
following documents at the time of Written Test and Interview :

1) Photocopy of the application.

2) Original Marksheet of all the examinations for verification and copies thereof.
3) Original Certificate for OBC/SC/ST/PwD Category for verification and copies thereof, if applicable.
4) Copy of GATE Score/NET fellowship (for those applying for Institute Research Fellowship).
5) No Objection Certificate and an Experience Certificate (for Sponsored Candidates) from the employer.
Please note that a minimum of two-year job experience in an organization of repute is a must.
6) Please note that if you are in employment and are applying for Institute Research Fellowship, and if you are
selected for admission, then you must resign and produce the acceptance of your resignation by (or release
order from) the employer at the time of joining.
