AUTHENTICATION OF INDICTMENTS, JUDGMENTS, ORDERS, AND TRIBUNAL DOCUMENTS

BEARING THE SEAL OF THE TRIBUNAL

1. SEAL OF THE TRIBUNAL – The Seal of the Tribunal is and shall be the above Seal in Greens and
Yellows denoting the Scales of Natural Justice and the bearing a name of the Tribunal, as
INTERNATIONAL TRIBUNAL.

2. AUTHENTICATION OF INDICTMENTS, JUDGMENTS, ORDERS, AND TRIBUNAL DOCUMENTS

BEARING THE SEAL OF THE TRIBUNAL – Any and all Indictments, Judgments, Orders, Cease and
Desist Orders, and other Tribunal Judicial Documents shall be LAWFULLY AUTHENTICATED AND
DEEMED TO BE LAWFULLY TREATED AS SUCH, when bearing the SEAL OF THE TRIBUNAL, and
posted for downloading from the website of the Tribunal at:

3. Any natural person, Attorney at Law, or lawful individual may download from the Tribunal website such
lawfully authenticated Tribunal Indictments, Judgments, Orders, Cease and Desist Orders, and other
Tribunal Judicial Documents bearing the SEAL OF THE TRIBUNAL and introduce such Tribunal
documents in any and all proceedings as AUTHENTICATED by accompanying such authenticated Tribunal
documents with a sworn affidavit that such authenticated Tribunal documents were in fact truthfully
downloaded from the Tribunal website and swearing to the specifics thereof.
