    We, the undersigned have inspected the cargo physically and do hereby certify that at the request of
    M/s. Asia Shipping International Transport Pvt Ltd., attended at CASE NEW HOLLAND
    CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT (INDIA ) PVT LTD –at their Factory in Pithampur MP , to carry out
    inspection and export cargo survey for the purpose of noting down the physical condition and type of
    the cargo and extent of damages/shortages if any.

    Observation:
    Above Export consignment containing CASE BACKHOE LOADER MODEL 575SV 4WD covered under
    One shipping bill offered for our physical inspection and survey and we have examined and verified the
    condition of the given materials thoroughly before stuffing and we found that all packages are in sound
    condition and we have continuously attended the survey at the time of stuffing also and we found all the
    declared cargo was stuffed in sound condition into 01 x 40’ HC container as per details mentioned in
    Shippers Packing List . After completion of stuffing the container was sealed with RFID seal and Shipping
    Lines bottle seal.
