Background & Schedule
 Project has been scheduled on the City’s CIP for
several years
 Authorized report at end of 2022
• Reviewed City’s list of streets
• Evaluated other needs
• Made recommendations on project extents and scope

 Report was presented at February council meeting


 Design/bidding spring into early summer
 Construction mid/later summer

Existing Conditions

• Extremely poor condition – severe cracking
• Areas of complete failure

Proposed Improvements
 Recommending Full Depth Reclamation (FDR)
• Recycle existing pavement in-place and blend with
underlying aggregate
• Regrade, shape, and compact
• Construct new pavement section
 Robust, long-term solution
• Will not experience the same reflective cracking
we see with overlays

 White Clover Beach - water and sewer services
• Most properties are served by mainlines under road
• Identified four non-lake properties that are unserved
 3 undeveloped, 1 appears to have garage
• Recommend extending services to right-of-way
 Avoid having to get into new road for future extension
