The No Spend Challenge

What is the no spend challenge?


The “no spend” challenge is a commitment based on a certain amount of time
where you only spend money on necessities and nothing else. The goal is to
improve your spending habits and use any money you save towards your goals
like paying off debt, saving more money or investing for the long term.

The Rules!
1. You can only spend money on necessities such as groceries, rent, gas,
utilities, and other essentials. (No, those shoes you've been eyeing don't
count even if they go on sale!).

2. You can’t spend money on eating out, clothes, movies, coffee, vending
machines, or anything else that could be considered a non-essential item.

3. Use the included worksheets to keep track of what you do and don’t spend.
