    We write in your Request 5448 for bids for fumigation of your new orchards. Micro Pest is
    pleased to submit the following proposal. After carefully reviewing your orchards for
    fumigation, we believe we have the right chemicals to do an effective job.

    The following costs include chemicals, labour and tax:

    DDVP $6,000.00
    DIAZON $7,500.00
    Labour $9,000.00
    Tax ( 10 percent ) $2,250.00
    Total $25,000.00

    Our costs are $1,500 under those you specific in your request.
