    Further to your application for employment with charcoshawarma restaurant, we are pleased to offer
    you a positioning the following terms and conditions:

    POTION : Bread Maker

    STARTING DATE : the day you join in

    SALARY : 1000

    OTHERS :

    FOOD : 400+daily staff meal

    ACCOMODATION : 1000

    TRANSPORTATION : 100

    MEDICAL INSURANCE : provided

    LAUNDRY : uniform only

    ANNUAL LEAVE : 30 day per year

    AIR TRAVEL/TICKET : economy ticket to home country every two years

    LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 2 years renewable by mature argument

    PROBATION : 6 month from the date of joining

    IDEMNITY : As per UAE labor law

    Termination of the Employment contract


    The Employee expressly agrees that she/he will not work for any person , firm or corporation carrying on
    restaurant business in the UAE for the period of One(1)year after the expiry or termination of her/his
    employment hereunder irrespective of the time , manner cause of the said expiry or termination, in
    accordance with the provisions of Article 127of the labor law.8 of 1980.

    In case you resign or get terminated for the conduct from service before completing 2 years of service,
    you will have to pay AED, 5000 as penalty.
