Dear Mr. Archie ,

We are pleased to confirmed that you have been selected to work for Shokudo Express Cafeteria as
Kitchen Crew – Team Lead in Al Wahda Mall Food Court Area, Abu Dhabi UAE.

JOB DUTIES:
 To support directly in daily operation and work ( food prep, cooking, food service, cashiering
etc.,)
 To take full responsibility of the kiosk when Senior / Lead Team member or designate is
unavailable
 To work according to menu specifications (picture / portions) set by the Management
 To keep working area clean and hygenic at all times in accordance to food safety and
Sanitation SOP.
 To communicate to his Supervisor / Team Lead or designate all relevant & important matters
 Open & close shift according to schedule / roster provided
 To exercise eficiency, courtesy, and confidentiality of Company Trade Secrets at all times
 To adhere to Company Rules & Regulations set by the Management

Your start date will be on 28 November 2018

You will be on probationary period for 6 months from date of hire.
Your monthly Gross salary will be AED 2,100/-, the break-up of which is as follows:
Monthly Basic Salary : AED 1,000.00
Monthly Housing : AED 800.00
Monthly Transportation : AED 300.00
Your normal working hours will be 10 hours, 6 days a week. You may be required to work extra
hours depending on the requirements of the business.
Contract Inclusion:

Health Insurance, 1 month paid leave with 1 air ticket every 2 years
Either party may terminate this contract with one (1) month notice in writing.
You will not undertake any other employment either paid or unpaid, either full time or part time
while in the service of the Company.
This Contract shall be governed by the Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
In case the above terms and conditions are agreeable to you, kindly sign and return the copy as your
acceptance no later than 5 working days from date of this letter.
