2023 Highlights
(RPMS-PPST)
1. For SY 2022-2023, only two (2) classroom observations shall be required. For SY 2023-2024
and SY 2024-2025, four (4) classroom Observations shall be required. (For this SY, Quarter 3
and 4 lang.)
2. Not all Classroom Observable Indicators (COIs) will be checked during classroom
observations. For instance, in Quarter 3 of SY 2022-2023, only 6 out of 9 COIs will be
observed/checked by the rater/observer. (See page 7 and 8 of the memo for the distribution of
COIs.)
3. Performance Review and Evaluation (Submission of IPCRF Teachers’ Portfolio) shall be at
least a week after scheduled graduation. (Dili mag-una-una.)
4. Teacher 4, 5, 6 and 7 positions, if created, will be classified as Proficient Teachers just like
Teacher 1. 2, and 3. Master Teacher V, if created will be classified as Highly Proficient Teacher
the same with MT 1, 2, 3, and 4.
5. All school-based personnel covered by this DM 008 shall strictly abide by the set of indicators
assigned for each SY. Any modification to the set of indicators per school year shall not be
allowed. (So, asa karon isuksok ang Proficiency Level? Ibutang pa ba? )
6. Kaya ra man ang KRAs, Objectives, and MOVs. Oki ra!
