Techniques of Analysis

Two fact finding methods were used to analyze the problem, these methods were:

Questionnaire

A Questionnaire is a list of research or survey questions asked to respondents and designed to extract
specific information. 30 questionnaires were disseminated to each year group of students for feedback.
The showed that the majority of students(69%) vocalized complete dissatisfaction with the new system
due it being slow and time wasting experience.

Observation

It was observed on Wednesday afternoon students rushing into the cafeteria, waiting in long lines
bundled up together.
