LAY CUTTING

1. முதலில் லே போடும் டேபிளை சுத்தம் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

2. லாட் நம்பர் நிறம் இலக்கு நிர்ணயம் ஆகியவற்றை மேற்பார்வையாளரிடமிருந்து

அறிந்து கொள்ளவேண்டும் .

3. லே போடும் முன் டேபிளில் பேப்பர் லே போடவேண்டும்

4. பின் துணியின் அகலத்தை பொறுத்து லே -ன் அளவை நிர்ணயம் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

ஒவ்வொரு ரோலையும் லே ஸ்லிப்பில் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்

5. லேயின் அளவு 5 " ( Based on Product ) - க்கு மிகாமல்

பார்த்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டும்

6. அதன் பின் அங்கீ கரிக்கப்பட்ட  pattern -ஐ அமைக்கப்பட்ட லே-ன் மீ து வைத்து

மார்க்கிங் ( கண்ணுக்கு தெரியாத மார்க்கர் – invisible marker ) செய்ய வேண்டும்

7.  மார்க்கிங் செய்யும் முன் மார்க் செய்யும் பென்சில்  கூர்மையான நிலையில்

இருக்க வேண்டும்.

8. பின் மார்க் செய்த லே- ஐ QA -யிடம்  காண்பித்து சரிபார்த்த பின்னரே லே கட்டிங்

மெஷினின் உதவி கொண்டு மார்க் செய்த லைனில் கட்டிங் செய்ய வேண்டும் 

9. லே கட்டிங் மெஷினை  பயன்படுத்தும் முன் கண்டிப்பாக மெட்டல் கையுறை

அணியவேண்டும்

10.  பின் கட் செய்த லே -ஐ நிறம் வாரியாக பிரித்து பண்டல் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

LAY CUTTTING

1. Identify the fabric to be laid log book

 LAY CUTTING

2. Spread the fabric on the lay table depends upon the products.

3. Draw the pattern on the top of the fabric and ensure it meet approved pattern.

4. Before starting the cutting use metal glove in the opposite hand to keep safe in

your hand.

5. Once the cutting is over the lay cut panel should bundled lot wise to co-ordinate

with other product. Number sticker need to be used.

6. Before bundling the cut panel asks QA to do quality verification.

6A. Number sticker should be pasted.

6B. Check the Top and bottom of cut panel for correctness.

7. The sharp tools are to be tied securely with the machine.

8. Do not damage or soil the product while handling.

9. Do not use rusted / blunt blade for cutting.

10. The cutting table must have smooth surface. Report any damage / serrated

Surface in the cutting table which will damage the product to the incharge.

11. Lay length should be determined.
